Stellar's control engineers work directly with in-house mechanical and electrical departments to design and implement control systems. Designing controls to save energy, maximize efficiency, increase productivity and reduce downtime are key elements that we integrate into every system. Stellar controls are custom-designed using non-proprietary hardware/software, producing accurate results and ensuring precision for refrigeration, processing, manufacturing, power, safety and general building applications. We provide complete design, fabrication, installation, testing and, if required, 24 hour monitoring. All systems generate trend analysis, alarm logs, energy management data and specified equipment runtime/status reports in real-time or for later evaluation. These systems are used throughout the following industries:

• Cold storage warehousing
• Food processing and distribution
• Beverage-juice dairy
• Power and utility
• Pharmaceutical and petrochemical

Quality is evident in every Stellar system. We are an Allen Bradley/Rockwell ASP (Application Solutions Provider) and one of the first to be informed of new advancements, which are immediately offered to clients. Regardless of the industry or location of the system, a Stellar control system is designed to perform seamlessly through an ethernet or data highway throughout the plant network. A Stellar Control System is a total turnkey solution and is assembled and tested at a UL Listed 508 shop. All equipment is designed, fabricated and installed to plant-specific requirements. Part replacement or system upgrades can be easily modified in a short length of time because hardware and software are non-proprietary. These systems can perform in wet, hot, cold or hazardous environments. Stellar's technical service and support team offers 24-hour-a-day, seven-day-a-week on-site emergency repair or consulting.
