Ivan Norris / General Manager

Ivan has over 24 years of construction management experience, and oversees all aspects of business development, construction, and return to shareholders for Stellar throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Ivan ensures customer satisfaction by promoting a team atmosphere between its clients and associates. Ivan establishes goal planning for administration, financial security, insurance and training by integrating good people with efficient technologies built upon Stellar's core values.

Ivan has 12 years of construction management experience in the Middle East. He holds University of Ulster and University of Dundee higher education with an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering.

Manny Mehrara / Engineering Manager

Manny started his career in 1986 in the field of HVAC/R as a project engineer. He has designed, managed and commissioned multiple industrial, residential and institutional projects since then. Manny joined Stellar in May 2007 and is involved in designing District Cooling plants, Modular Chiller plants, and Turbine Inlet Cooling systems.

Manny has a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and is registered as a professional engineer in Ontario, Canada.
